Interview and portfolio on Slices of Silence

Artist Nathan Wirth has published an interview with me and a portfolio of my work (with an emphasis on longer exposures) on his website, Slices of Silence.
Slices of Silence includes photographic work in various formats, designed to share photographic inspiration.

  1. Ok. I am going to comment on this even before reading the interview. I am going to take a wild but educated guess here and say that the images are fantastic and your comments are extremely insightful. (Can't wait to actually read it, though).

  2. Fantastic article! I've read it first before I commented!
;-) How do you find such artistic explanations for your work & everything? "My" pic (The ocean in pinhole) is there! I still love it so much! I agree with you about Jim's work! It's fantastic! Amy's too! Your choice in music is similar to mine on the whole. (not a fan of country music though!) Great photo too!

    1. Thank you so much, Eleni! Yep, I chose that ocean pinhole bc it's special to me too. So is your winter tree! I wish I could have told about more artists who inspire me, like you! And I don't think of myself as a country music fan at all, but in my mind, the Dixie Chicks are in a category of their own :-)

    2. aww! Your chosen one are more your style of photography + it's been months since I did take a pic, apart from with my Hipstamatic!
I'm a huge Peter Gabriel fan! First saw him in concert when I was 14yo.

    3. Even if you're not photographing a lot right now, your photos continue to inspire - as do your thoughts about the work.

      Wow, 14, that's a formative experience!
